Appreciation Dinner For Local Law-enforcement

The National Law Enforcement memorial service is being held at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, May 15, 2008. Every year numerous law enforcement officers who sacrificed their lives while performing their duties and were killed in the line of duty will be honored at this time by having their names placed on the National Law Enforcement wall
In a special appreciation celebration, on Monday May 12, 2008, from 6-7 P.M. at Nelly Stokes Elementary School, The Newell's Creek Neighborhood will be honoring the Camden Police Department and State Police Troop # 3 who give wonderful service to our community and constantly put their lives on the line for us.
This affair is being chaired by Al Sanchez and assisted by Maria Ruffin-Water and Renee Orlena.
We are asking the support of the Newell's Creek Community with their presence as well as a covered dish.
