I just want to inform you that I was able to communicate with Patriot Windows about my situation. They have already sent out 2 different window/sliding door installers. One from Maryland and the other from New Jersey. The installers from Maryland came out and replaced the weather strips, but to no avail. The installer from New Jersey came out and surveyed the drafts that are coming through the windows and sliding door. He informed me that Patriot Windows are going to send out an engineer from their company to inspect and survey their products. He also informed me that if anyone else in the community are have the same problem, to contact Patriot Windows ASAP, so they can resolve and correct the problems.
