Peter Fabriziani of Emory Hill Real Estate Services will be our guest speaker along with the Home Fire Safety presentation by Dave Guenthner at the March 10, 2008 meeting to be held at Nellie Stokes elementary at 7:00 PM in the evening.
During the next 2-3 meetings, We will be interviewing a total of three Real Estate Management companies to learn what they offer and to determine if we need to hire a management company to manage Newell's Creek.
We will also bring you up to-date on the board meeting with Kerhsaw developer held on 2/28/2008.
Attorney Richard A. Forsten, along with The Four Season's Garden expert,will be our guest speaker at our April 2008 meeting
to answer questions and discuss the turn-over of Newell's Creek to the Neighborhood association.
